Reviews and Ratings
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, thanks to its great location next to the casino and just a couple of blocks from the downtown main road. The rooms were decent, although mine had a view of a fence, which wasn't ideal. The service was outstanding with friendly staff, but the dining experience didn't live up to expectations since the breakfast was not as fulfilling as I had hoped. Overall, I found it to be good value for money, but there are definitely areas for improvement.
The hotel is well-located, just a short walk away from downtown and near the Agua Caliente Casino, which is a definite plus. The facilities offer a great atmosphere, especially around the pool area where I enjoyed drinks. However, the rooms left much to be desired as they felt outdated and had numerous issues, including unpleasant odors. The staff was disappointing in their service, making my overall experience less enjoyable.
I had a great stay at the Doubletree, where the attentive staff made me feel welcome. The views of the mountains and golf course were beautiful, and the room was exceptionally comfortable. However, the dining options left something to be desired, especially considering the price of the meals. Overall, I felt like I got good value for money during my stay.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel; the location was perfect and the rooms were surprisingly spacious for our family of four. The staff was mostly friendly, but there were a couple of instances where it felt like they weren't very engaged. The pool area was nice and well-kept, but the dining options could definitely use some improvement. Overall, I felt like we got good value for our money despite a few hiccups.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location is fantastic, close to downtown Palm Springs and various dining options, which I really loved. The rooms were notably spacious, though they had a musty smell, which was a bit off-putting. The staff were friendly and helpful, but I did find the housekeeping to be a little early for my liking. Overall, it offered good value for money, but there are definitely areas that could use some improvement.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is perfect for exploring downtown Palm Springs, and the rooms were beautiful and conveniently located by the pool. However, the service was quite disappointing, with staff appearing impersonal and unhelpful at times. I also found some areas around the hotel not very clean, which was a letdown. Overall, it's a decent stay if you can overlook some of the service issues.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-decorated, making for a comfortable experience. The staff were mostly friendly and efficient, but I did encounter a bit of a grumpy breakfast hostess. The location was fantastic, just a couple of blocks from the main strip and close to various attractions. Overall, it's a solid choice, especially considering the reasonable price, though a few improvements could make it even better.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, enjoying the beautiful mountain and golf course views right from my room. The spacious accommodations were quite comfortable. However, I did encounter some issues with the service, especially at the outdoor bar. Overall, the location is great, but the service could definitely use some improvement.
My stay at this hotel was quite pleasant overall. The location is fantastic, just a couple of blocks from downtown and the pool area is lovely. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, although some services left something to be desired, like the staff's friendliness. While the free breakfast was a nice touch, it wasn't very impressive. Despite these minor issues, the hotel provides good value for money.
